@harleyattack If you're going to ridicule someone for "screaming" or more accurately "kee-yah"ing when doing an intense form, you obviously haven't experienced an intense form or movement. The "screaming" is an embodiment of the actions you are performing and makes the form itself look more impressive and intimidating toward the judges. I often find it impossible to not kyah while doing my forms because 1) it helps with my breathing and 2) it intensify my technique.
