It sucks that there are TWO movies with pretty much the same name: Night of the Scarecrow, Dark Night (not dark knight) of the Scarecrow. They're both a killer scarecrow movie. AND they are both about someone who was killed by the town who is back for revenge. Hard to look them up.

I had this movie at one point. good movie. I always thought it was funny and thought it was the same scarecrow from children of the corn. Great movie.

I LOVE this movie. Still have the VHS and it's the best horror film about a scarecrow I've ever seen. Had it since I was in 2nd or 3rd grade. He wants his book back

@copperkiddo In my opinion, this movie is the best scarecrow horror film out there. It has a great plot and very good realistic looking effects. I'd highly recommend seeing it!

@GrendelBoglin Oh yeah. You know I actually saw that one here. It did have some great moments, the only thing I didn't like about it was that, the actual scarecrow wasn't in the movie half the time. But it was still a good one.

Now thats a genuine horror movie for a change, saw it when it first came out back in 1995. Stylishly directed, filled with impressive effects and a nice script to top it off. Thanks for posting this up, much appreciated ;)
