for example: 2 brothers James and Kenny

if James logged in to his account he can change his password for his account

if James logged in to his account he can't change the password for Kenny's account

Same as Kenny

If your school has a laptop class, befriend a member and get them to run something like ophcrack. I hacked it via this way and acquired the admin username/and password. For Corinda high school, localadmin spitzer, then chage "EDC2055" to "this computer."

The easiest way is just to type net user username password, so for instance

net user administrator 0123456

which will mean administrator's password becomes 0123456.

Etc.
