It surely isn't a hurricane, Romania doesn't have any hurricanes because it's pretty far inland.

I live in Arad, about 150 km west of that place and I remember that the night before(22-23rd June) we also had a strong storm, with winds up to 110 km/h, which downed a few trees and damaged some homes. It was a squall line storm, which usually produces heavy winds and I guess that's the case here too.

Well most thunderstorms dont have winds that high winds. If they have high winds the maximum would probally be 20-30 or 30-40 or 40-50, not around 70 80 90 or 100 mph.

There is no set limit on how strong or long a thunderstorm can be , and last I'm pretty sure Romania has never had a hurricane, maybe a windstorm with winds of over 74mph but not tropical in nature.

I'm sorry if some of the friends watching this video don't agree with the audio background, but as I mentioned before, the microphone of my camera was hissing really noisy due to the wind (this video was filmed outside)and Stinkfist by Tool was my option to fill the audio background.
