This is a beautiful song. Love the comments about lonliness etc, and I somewhat agree. However, I think the song is also about vulnerability and has an element of hopefulness to it. Seems with the repetition of "I am ready", "Pull me out from inside" etc. he is opening up to someone. Great song one way or the other because it truly evokes some kind of emotion and for me any song that can do this whether its anger, fear, hope, sadness, happiness has done its job and will usually stand out.

This song is good, but i agree with XsetrocX that this song is about being lonley. And I think this song is beautiful, but it's really sad and kinda something that somebody would listen to right before they killed themselfs.

i dont think this is a song about sex, or love, its about loneliness, thats what colorblind means, its about loneliness and the inability to get out of it because of the inability to relate to something else other than loneliness, he is covered in skin, meaning fragile, yet no one gets to come in, he fears rejection, yet somehow hes hoping for that someone who can pull him out coz he cant do it be himself, its not about sex, come on

the beauty of the song is that it gets its point accross by having lyrics which dont make sense - emphasising that love is confusing and therefore makes him colorblind. awesome brilliant song. I agree i could listen to this on repeat for hours
