Kandinsky has always been my favourite of the masters too. It's funny, because I think my husband felt the same way about abstract art until I started trying to educate him, and he can now appreciate symbolism, the use of and messages often contained in colour and texture and shape. I think it's wonderful to see someone's eyes open to something new and now
