  • Frogs drink through their skin and are far more sensitive to chlorine than humans. What's unusual about this scene is that Brando's character is a globalist pissant (it sees itself as a master but is really just another cog in the internationalist machine) with no concern for human life (its philosophy is based on altruism, sacrifice, and maintaining world order by destroying freedom and national sovereignty) yet shows concern for the life of a frog. Well, Hitler loved his dogs. Same diff.

  • Filming was completed but they had Brando for one or two more days contractually, so director Avildsen talked a reluctant Brando into this extra scene. As we see, Marlon got into it nicely.

  • Didn't Brando demand this scene be put into the film?

  • If he did, then hes even more awesome than I thought, this scene is hilarious!

  • "Mira, mira, mira...mucho chlorino...muerto" "Speak english, I understand you!"

  • I thought he was gonna throw it back it in when Brando walked away lol

  • That's funny. There was also a time when Brando KILLED a frog during the filming of Missouri Breaks, when he took a bite out of it. That's desperate. lol

  • I imagine that was just tabloid crap.

    Funny scene. Thanks for posting.

  • Yeah, Marlon was into animal rights.

I agree there's no way he bit into a frog Befoxy.

  • Funny!

But oh my gosh, I thought he was going to slip!
