Thats how you do a sick burnout in a automatic you pulse throttle keeping it away from limit also so it can shift gears and the tires spin faster! Beautiful!

that sounds like the rev limiter man, hes not pulsing it.

The car wont shift if its under that much load and he probably had it in manual shifting.

It would be impossible to have that kind of control over the throttle with your foot on the brakes too.

Think of it as you driving up a steep hill, the car wont upshift under the load, in fact it will downshift at the base as the load comes in.

It's definately not precise, at the end that pattern is getting slower, but the car is going faster...

still think he's hitting the rev limit? he takes his foot of the gas at the end for a longer time, the wheels get more grip, the car goes faster, hits the gas again, and so on blabla

hold down the brake and give it gas to get the tires spinning then slowly and i mean SLOWLY let off the brake pedal as you keep on the gas. keep steering it so it goes straight. back end goes out to the right then steer to the right to keep it straight. vice versa. he's got it floored in this vid as he is bouncin off the rev limiter. good idea to put it in 1st with autostick so it doesn't try to shift into 2nd. also turn of esp completely.

the esp botton is under the radio middle consel says esp you just press it not hold it down, when its off you will see what looks like a car skidding light up underneth rpm gage

you have to play with the throttle. if the gas and brakes are on together for too long the computer shuts down the gas, as it did in the beginning of this video. If you get it to spin but rev too high it will shift. You have to blip the throttle like here...it is a science in these cars
