its not really hard. When I started, it wasn't easy. and to do it in speed took even longer time. But its worth it. Also its better to not focus to much behind you. You might get it in your shoulder.

People, its not that hard. I did it in 5th grade and can still do it perfectly. Its just applying it to matches with a defender in front of you is different. One thing the guy in the vid did wrong is that he looked back. The defender is never supposed to know what's coming. The defender would've just turned around and blocked him from the ball.
