They said that whenever a dark Shadows actor appeared on the Waltons it scared Richard Thomas (Johnboy) to sickness! Eventually Thomas quit because of his fear of the guesting DS actors (Henesy and especially David Selby)!

This little boy put his heart and soul into his acting. He was extremely engaging. Whenever his character entered a scene, I always knew he would greatly add to its intrigue and enjoyment.

Glad you were able to get photos of an adult David . He left acting years ago but still had good memories of his time on Dark Shadows. Louis Edmonds is to have gone to a resturant that David either later managed or owned-and asked for his son.

Another great one Wendy! Never got to meet David. He was supposed to be at the first convention I attended in 86 and Sharon Smyth was so so disappointed when he just didn't show up! Keep up the great work. David was certainly a talented young man and so good as David Collins et all!

I always felt that his end on the show was a bit sad- I'm not certain if they intended to bring him back or not, but it seemed as if he was being written out in the 1840 story arc. He was marvelous on the show:)
