i was on youtube then went to another room and came back to my computer and i found some html editiing thing open. it had alllll the html coding for youtube and it would change and load for every page, video and even new sites i went one. wtf??

i dont think you can beat SciTE and scintilla for editing very similar to Notepad++ but it lets you run vb java js etc

Awesome.

I use Notepad++ as well for any basic programming, but for big programming projects an IDE such as Eclipse is better.
