Gerry feels the setting is very appropriate. The use of the book at beginning and end gave the speech a frame. Your lighting was soft and effective.
The speech itself was very engaging. You gave some sense of the pleasure of mucking around in boats the use of imagery and word choice.

This has worked out well. The colour balance on your face is excellent - the skin tones are warm and natural and the Rembrandt shadow lighting is effectivel
I would like a tighter frame on your face. The painting on the back wall is good because it has a boating flavour. However, since you are speaking directly to the viewer, I think a closer zoom, including a fair bit of the wall picture, would be more effective.
Your speaking style is very clear. I would have liked more variety.
