  • i'm a stones fan, you don't have caps lock 2,you have caps lock period. I have a cell phone where i have to press a button. apparently the corrupt justice system in Arkansas knows these guys are innocent too,or they would never have offered the Alford plea. Mark my words, time is on the side of the WM3 now, with the evidence they have its no wonder Terry Hobbs found religion.

  • The next step is 3 ropes 3 trees and 3 murderers-3 hung by the balls.

Not by me but by some good Samaritan!

  • the WM3 ARE INNOCENT. WHOSE WIFE THINKS HE MAY HAVE DONE IT? WHOSE DNA WAS FOUND IN A KNOT TYING UP MICHAEL MOORE? WHO LIED ABOUT WHERE HE WAS THAT NIGHT AND DIDN'T ADMIT TO SEEING THE MURDERED KIDS DURING A CRUCIAL TIME UNTIL THE NEIGHBORS REALISED WHAT WAS UP? YOU KNOW WHO DID THAT. DNA IS FAR MORE ACCURATE THAN BLOOD TYPING. as for all of you who'd convict a retarded kid based on

  • @refutingthecrusader i have caps lock 2.

  • "The word here is patience". Remember, I'll get back to you in 20 years, JUST BE.....PATIENT.

  • If only one of the fibers had matched, it would be entirely possible to suspect others due to the commonality of the fibers recovered. Due to the quantity of fibers recovered (that matched items from the B&E's household), I think it becomes quite clear who was involved in the murder of these three children just on the fiber evidence alone. Add in the confessions & witness testimony, failed alibis and polygraphs, ALL of the evidence in this case points DIRECTLY & ONLY to the WM3. Verdict =GUILTY

  • Your legal system drags like crazy over there Farmboy. This isn't even a new case - so all the evidence and arguments are virtually ready.

Do you think Burnett will still have an influence over this case? I do, and I certainly hope he does! He still believes firmly that these boys are guilty. The police officer in charge also shares that view.

  • God bless you Farmboy. Thanks for your service...peace..Pretty

  • Farmboy, no offense, but are you retarded? You say ALL the evidence from the first trial has been disproven? Disproven in what court? Your court of WM3 defendents/wife/supporters opinions? Give me a break. Use your brain and stop letting a bunch of morons give you your opinion in this case. I have news for you: The evidence in the first trials was very clear - take a look at it. You're supporting 3 coldblooded murderers & your WITCH HUNT for ANY1 BUT THE WM3 is scary.

  • @GrantLeBon IS A TROLL AND GOES BY MANY names on here ..such as exhibit500, Noretrial, CrusadarEmber, Thirdconfession, Freefoxyknoxy and more. You can read WORD FOR WORD the same exact things on each of their comments. Just a TROLL....Bless you Farmboy

  • Ty for keeping us all updated. I think these 3 got rail roaded at the least. Its insane to think you can be thrown in jail for life because some back woods redneck thinks you "look like the devil". Im a goth girl and I get that shit all the tme from "church folks". Just because I dress this way by no means says Ill murder some one -.-

  • @cortmeister262 It is hard to say what will come of this "secret DNA testing". Like I said, I am not even sure it was legal for the attorney general to do so. As for the Navy, I've been active duty since 1997...and yes it does suck to leave my family for months at a time.

  • So when you say the Arkansaw State Supreme court has allowed a new hearing...is this like a pre-trial hearing or is a retrial actually going ahead!!!

A retrail is fine but the purpose of this should be to catch the killers (or prove the case sound). So if they do get a retrail and they are still found guilty (and here's my key question to ALL wm3 supporters) - would you still petititon for their release?

Go ahead...any WM3 supporters want to take a shot at answering that?

    Wck

  • @weirdcitykid More pretrial than trial. They are going to weigh all evidence (both past and present) to see if a new trial is warranted. We all know there is more than enough evidence to go forward to a new trial, so there is no worry there.

See, that is a common misconception about us supporters. We aren't just out for justice for the WM3, we also understand that justice must be served for the victims as well. It does no good to have the wrong killer(s) in prison.

  • @Farmboy7899

    Time will tell.

If these were (hypothetically) even remotely innocent - then the poswers that be wouldn't be dragging their heals like this. I think they know they got their killers - but evidence is (I admit) lacking and given the publicity of this case (yourself included) they need to make it watertight.

I have faith in your legal system - not much different to ours (UK) so I pray they do the right thing. You and I want the same thing - justice - only our opinions differ.

  • @weirdcitykid There is no way in hell, given the evidence, that the WM3 will still be found guilty. We will not even be put in a position to have to petition for release. Even if the planets magically align in a weird way and Arkansas continues its corruption, there is still the U.S. Supreme Court.

  • @Farmboy7899

You overlook something Farmboy - evidence not permitted at the previous trail will be aailable at a retrail - this inculdes Echols mental health reports and many damning comments made in the company of profesional mental health workers - see article 500 @ callahan5k.

I don't think the case will be as cut and dry as you all hope. There is some very damning evidence that was not allowed last time (albeit circumstantial) - but a hundred circumstances build a pretty solid case.

  • @weirdcitykid Even with the rantings of a troubled teenager, it will not be enough this time. I didn't overlook it, I knew it existed, but like some people say, it wasn't as cool to be "goth" or love vampires (Twilight Series) back then. The Bible Belt of America was convinced that anything different than themselves was the work of the devil.

  • Even those rantings where Echols predicted events that would later unfold - ie - he discussed abducting a child and sacrificing it (I can provide evidence) and killed a dog. All of this will come out in court you know...not like last time when they were prohibited from using it.

I'd say the prosecution will have a mountain of circumstantial evidence - and while this is sometimes not enough - enough circumstances will sway an honest jury. This will be the tial of the century! search callahan5k

  • @weirdcitykid This callahan person provides more speculation and opinion than facts. The "dog killer" theory derived from animal skulls that were removed from Damien's room in his house without a warrant to search his residence nor permission nor knowledge of his mother. They asked his mother if they could go into his room without telling her their intentions. These skulls are ones he collected from nearby railroad tracks where said animals were killed by trains. He thought they looked cool.

  • @weirdcitykid So the WMPD created this "backdrop story" on those skulls in an effort to try to solidify their occult theory. The prosecution can bring all the circumstantial evidence they want. Not only was the evidence presented by the prosecution in the original trials disproven, but the evidence you are speaking of has been disproven as well. Damien's defense will enjoy making the prosecution look like the bafoons they are, I'm sure.

  • @weirdcitykid You should watch the oral arguments before the Arkansas State Supreme Court in which they made their decision to have a new hearing. The respresentative of the State of Arkansas (prosecutor of sorts) made the state look REALLY BAD. Those justices ripped him a new one.

  • @Farmboy7899 Exactly why this trial went to hell {sorry for that pun}. They based alot of this on hear say, looks and what a teenager said. There was DNA to prove the one step father was near the children that day, they say ok he lived with them...heres what makes that a screw up...All that water and mud and your telling me 1 hair happens to stay attached? Why isnt the step dad on trial?
