While I admire her efforts, there are problems with this attitude towards cancer:

1) calling it 'apathy' blames people for getting diagnosed with later-stage cancers, which doesn't make sense because...

2) we don't have tests that can detect most cancers early - and when we do, they often carry risks of later cancers

3) you can get cancer everywhere (skin, tongue, bones), and you can't constantly check it all, and

4) many cancers caught 'small" have already spread to the rest of the body.

i like her idea to stop cancer in the early stages, who wouldn't but there was something about this video that kind of pissed me off.. pretty sure it was FUCK!! I disagree with that part because its just not professional... love her idea , and im sure the fuck part gets a load more supporters believe it or not so its probably a good idea but still i just don't like it...not saying i wouldn't support it!. i like how she asked the kids to leave but as soon as that was said she said fuck in no time

@variablast when it's used in a "profesional - main stream world" i'd say 5. I'd never use profanity in front of my customers and suppliers. I'm expected to be a proffesional, same as them...but then again, when i'm with my friends and family, it's a different storry....so who knows what's acceptable and whats not. i'll tell you one thing...she's got more balls then me.

There are places in Canada, where Vancouver is and where Yael is from, that people are raised by different accented parents and influenced by their peers, hence Yael's accent. I also have a friend in Texas who has an English/Texan accent. this isn't so uncommon....
