Note how the announcer says, "You MAY not have to set it again this year". He couldn't say "...WILL not..." because as long as you live in a place that changes from Standard to Daylight Savings Time, you WILL have to set it again!

Probably this was an Australian advertisement. I know in Australia they have adopted DST only recently
