Hey just trying to keeep stable, you know how it is...I will start around Jan. 9th loading. Will try 43 day round hopefully for the last round....But it is a total life change as far as carbs go. Just like an alcoholic-carbaholic. Stay away from those carbs. Merry holidays to you and your family!
I guess we'll be on next round together again. We ate out at Japanese Steak house tonight-no rice or noodles for me, but Saphoro and a few sushi rolls-yum. Can't be so good, just a little naughty...Merry Holidays!
