Just follow a real training program such as the one over at "50inchvertical [dot] com", it'll help to increase your individual leaping ability and your quickness.

  • @JoshBroz I went to Wichita State my freshman year, now at Kansas. Sorry man, but Wichita State has nothing that compares with KU in almost every way. Actual college town and in a big time conference. He will be on ESPN every night after Kansas plays a game. The Missouri Valley and Wichita State are good, they just aren't in the same league.
