Dude I don't know what you are talking about.. tons of other sites give this company a great rating. The product reviews are very thorough, plus everything I have from them has been great.
I mean how many times do you guy to Best Buy and some punk kid employee is reading right off the box the 'features'... come on.
They have good deals but Buy(dot)com has very POOR customer service and is not reliable. If Howie Mandel could only hear the complaints of most of their customers, he wouldn't represent a company like that. Check resellerratings(dot)com and see for yourselvles.
