as far as i can tell,the blade is actually split in 3 parts, the 2 side parts go all the way down but the middle one gets blocked, the 2 side parts push a 4th piece at the bottom that is already under her head

That version does exist. Just search youtube for "simon drake guillotine". It's a way more convincing illusion than this one that's just a scaled up version of the "finger chopper / finger guillotine" that you can pick up for under ten bucks at a magic shop.
