Super glitch... It's not very clear what happens in the video, but it is supposed to do is:

1 Slowly stop the music

2 Change the opponent's name to TM TRAINER or a random pokemon name

3 Make the opponent's HP grow extremeley high

4 Display a message that say the foe is poisoned, while you see a frozen mark at thier name, while the pokemon itself suffers a burn

5 The burn causes all of the HP to go back to 0 and then the game freezes...

You could call it an evolution glitch. The sound it makes when its about to evolve is that of missingno. When the missingno evolves, it always evolves into kanghaskhan.

Look it up on this sight. Type in pokemon red, missingno. Or if nothing good comes up, missingno is a glitch pokemon that mostly shows up in yellow, red, blue, and green. Depending on which one you catch, the pokemon will corrupt your game in several ways, and you cannot play other games on the same system again, or it will corrupt those games, too. Missingno is highly dangerous. There is an aerodactyl missingno, and the other 2 are glitches. Look it up, and you'll find out how to catch them. =)

I think ur supposed to beat the pokemon league, then u go to viridian city, talk to the old dude who teaches you how to battle, watch him battle, fly to cinnabar island, and go to the right side of the island and swim up and down the side until an aerodactyl fossil that says missingno. shows up. It corrupts ur game horribly. O.e

set your name to where you can catch lvl 245 mewtwos and raise it to lvl 0 (just give it a rare candy at lvl 255) and then use recover

the glitch will make mewtwo gain a ongoing hp bar but you cant do any thing

Still however,certain pokemon have triggers that tell them not to evolve into Charizard M' and turn your whole party into level 8 bulbasuars,or into a pokemon that can't be evolved into.The glitch move scrambles the hex,and that's why some stuff happens,but they always evolve into Kangaskahn or Rhydon(continued)

For Rhydon,this is mostly because MissingNO. and M' both occupy hex slot 0,and Rhydon slot one.

Confused yet?Further more,Kkahn can only evolve into the pokemon next to it and be evolved into from the mon behind it,which is empty.The game searches for something to go there,slaps together some random crap,and poof.

A side note:

I always though MissingNO took it's sprites from its own textbox:It was supposed to be an error when you have GSC-RBY.

But I did heard that MissingNo was POSSIBLY the pre-evolution of Moltres, and Arcanine was supposed to be the legendary of fire. But it didn't had sense to have 2 birds 1 dogs (which may explain the 3 legendaries of SGC are dogs) so they kinda switched Moltres and Arcanine.
