@shaneshine Unfortunately I discovered what it was. On a buildings side around the corner is one of those billboards that change every few seconds(the ones like vertical blinds that rotate). That's why it fades in like that. I was disappointed myself to find that. Oh well. Good catch for those who noticed it in first place. Peace
