Yes I had read of mr monroes work (on paper, somewhere?) before computers were mainstream, at that time he gave exquisite detail on some of his experiences, and now, today quantum physics pretty much confirms all this being possible as far as consciousness goes.

The question for me is that is OBEs, NDEs and the like just the brain creating some crazy illusion such as Lucid Dreaming. I Lucid Dream now and again and have had the transition that many equate to OBEs. I have had the feeling of standing up out of my body and leaving it but right now in my life I'm not ready to jump to the conclusion that it's more than just a fabricated fantasy.
I hope I'm wrong though but I'm skeptical.

Since Buhlman's survey we know now there are thousands and thousands of people having OBEs, often without a clue. (To answer the question about 6 minutes in).
Got to say, this is a great show! I really miss Art Bell, Noory is no replacement sadly.

Time as a physical earthly phenomenon... many lives happening simultaneously... moving time around out of a lucid dream... what we are is far more than a single life... nonhuman beings... understanding God's creation from an engineering point of view... human apotheosis... you find this tedious?
Of course, to be able to OBE you need a certain calm about you. Mistake that calm for boringness and you're just showing MTV generation credentials.
