  • Well, it is but good to see a doctor once in a awhile for you to know the status of your health according to tests. Still, our health lies in our own hands. They can only give advices and some med's though.

  • checking yourself by docs every year or more is fine, but staying AWAY from doctors and meds is even greater. That's what i learned from past few years experience, no illness will screw you more than a doctor.

  • thanks for the video

  • I do agree that we have to schedule our time and we need to have time for ourselves, whether that is exercise or reading a book, you need "me" time.

  • Please watch my weight loss videos!!!! Subscribe and comment thank u!!!

  • asparagus is the strongest cancer fighter in the world. green tea is good too.

  • @TheRedtaz I love asparagus! :) Yum, I have it a few times a week. I knew it was healthy, never knew it was that healthy!

  • Making natural juice by juicer may help decrease chance of getting cancer and get healthy. this is true fact~!

  • Yep. If I have a good book my life is all good.

  • Hmm what about natural ongoing self care, SELF NURTURE - Natural remedy for relaxing the mind, destressing. • Really good tip the one of get time for your self and plan for your birthday go to the doctor and take care of your self. About the suggestion of a 10 min walk per day, is important to realize the you will need at less 25 mins of physical activity per day, not 10 min, for move your metabolism and or help your body to be healthy.

  • Live an active life. Anywhere.

    This is wellness revolution!

  • There is a difference between Doing things right, and doing the right things. I am sure this doctor is very proficient in her field. However she is just teaching you to do things right, but what is missing is doing the right thing. For example, logically it makes sense to regularly visit your doctor and make appointments. But human beings are not robots. What I would like to see from this doctor is explain miracle healings. Or people who have never been to the dentist but have healthy gums.

  • Hi, i also like to share my experience about healthy lifestyle. I get very healthy in this 2 years, using right and balanced food and drinks. My friend, Randy, give me very nice instruction in his website how to be happy and healthy.( @ bit. ly/afTumv )

  • I myself have started doing p90x for a healthy lifestyle. I also take nutrilite and many other vitamins etc. everyday to feel great. If you want more info on nutrilite or the vitamins just take a look at my channel.

  • People create their own quality of life. Everyone creates their own personal living hell. Not everyone is looking at you the same way you do.

  • That is all great but if you are eating food which is full of chemicals, pesticides (carcinogenic) you are not living a healthy life. No matter the size of you portion. Speaking of skin, use organic skin care, you can see what I use, but educate yourself. Exercise, grow as a person, relax, have fun, eat organic, pesticide free food and use nutritious, healthy, organic, skin care

  • i walk 2 miles a day to study, still fat lol.

  • @noodlescratcher the best way is to fall in love and having pleasant activities!!!!! during a day any time,so you just forget about being fat or not, then one day you will see a slim one in mirror!!! try it

  • @noodlescratcher diet diet diet. 6 small to medium sized meals a day (400 - 600 calories) instead of the usual 3 big meals. and the cardio is already a plus, just keep doing that along with all this. unless of course, you have or already were doing this, then if thats the case, you can ignore this lol

  • @BrendenDerGottJames I'm not dieting, I eat when I'm hungry, end of, and I'm not gonna eat less when I need energy in my system. Dieting is for fat middle aged women that sit around doing nothing and eat cakes with their friends. I just need to do more cardio.

  • @noodlescratcher In no way am i saying that i really think you should eat less, but to get your metabolism up, you have to eat more meals a day. If you can evenly eat 6 bigger meals a day, then go for it. I hate being skinny and i find myself eating only about 4000 to 5000 calories a day. Alot of that is bread, but if I was wanting to lose weight, the food would need to be veggies and fruit. 80 - 90% of fat loss comes from your nutrition. a very small percent comes from your actual workout.

  • @BrendenDerGottJames Tha's all wrong. It actually completely depends on how much you eat and what you consider a work out. Weight loss comes from a calory deficit, not eating fruit and veg. I can eat mcdonalds, but not much of it and work out really hard, and I will lose more weight than some idiot eating ALOT of "healthy" food, that works out without any effort. Why? Because my calory deficit is bigger.

  • @noodlescratcher I know that. but knowing that method isn't the healthiest, i saw no reason to suggest it.

  • @noodlescratcher you are totally wrong !!

  • @motakp21 I know what you mean...she is a good manager but not a good leader, in my opinion. I am not attacking her, this is just my healthy criticism, and maybe she can take my feedback and improve.

  • it sounds like even trying to squeeze in a little exercise here and there is going to be stressful, AND we eat more crap when we're stressed. Not very insightful info about how to maintain good health.

  • Exercise is anti stress.

    It makes you feel good.

  • nice tips, easy to put into practice even for really busy people
