G-scooter ( chinese make ) i used to own one, there cheap and cheerfull.

I paid £110 for mine and it goes 43cc which is about 30 mph with someone who weighs 11 stone on it.

Its ok.

Speed isn't a big problem for me, i machined and tuned a new exhust pipe for my scooter and tuned the idling so you can barly here it at idle, i have a 33cc engine and i can get up to 30-45 kmph and i'm 150 pounds,also it depends on air temp and how long its been running. Great vid by the way.

nice scooter,i av one but i put a 52cc head kit on it and a 20 tooth front sprocket and it now does 31mph rather than 20mph as mine did standard as it was 43cc. my bearings also broke and the fold down mechanism.
