Black or African American Population in USA: 12.1% or 35.0 million

Blacks commit 31.4% of crime in 2008

Whites commit 66.8% of crime in 2008

Blacks commit half the crime, and has a sixth of the population as to 2008.

That's just what the stats say, now the causes for these disparities can be just about anything and is speculatory.

Second of all if blacks are only commiting roughly 30% of crime then that is less than a third of the crime, not half. I don't even know what's going on in the head of someone who says that whites commit almost 70% of crime and then say that blacks commit 50%.

I would say given the fact that most blacks live in working class conditions, only 30% of property crimes being committed by them is shockingly low. Most white people are middle class and they commit almost 70% of property crimes. If you are going to say black people are dupes of the left then you are implying that blacks as a group are either gullible or stupid and THAT is racist.
