I used to be so far into the conservative movement that I hated the Clintons, but on further analysis, I found that Bill was more fiscally conservative than Bush! This question was mistranslated. The student (speaking Congolese) actually asked for President Obama's opinion through her, which of course she has no problem with that ... it is what she does as secretary of state, represents the Obama administration.
Later the student was able to clear that up with her.
