What a scam. A polished up turd! People should just buy thier own foreclosed home or tax sale property and sub out all the work and save the 40 to 50 K you guys are overcharging! SCAM ALERT! This is the type of crap that after several months the house ends up falling apart because you guys just cover up and polish crap and the poor buyer ends up screwed!

There's a reason our clients continue to buy our investment properties over and over again. We would be the first to tell you that our investment properties are never going to be the cheapest, but we also believe you get what you pay for. Our clients are happy to pay a premium for our service because they get premium service.
