Let me just say, I took Ambien CR for 5 years. It is awful. I've driven , cooked and set off the freaking fire alarm, bought stuff on the internet I don't remember, hallucinated, made phonecalls and texts I don't remember. Please, if you are taking this medicine, get off of it. There are safe prescription medications that can be taken.

man.. i took 30mg ambein (that was 3X 10mg pills) and i should say i slept sat down, with the Tv on, my shoes on, LIGHT ON.. and damn, that shit got my coordination as if i had a CONSIDERABLE amount of beer.. cool shit.. plus u kinda trip on it too, somewhat pleasent closed eyes hallucinations occure. COOL!

OMG. LOL. I've taken this, and it gives me a bit of a buzz, but it wasn't nearly strong enough, so they switched me to Lunesta, which also was not strong enough. I'm on Seroquel now, which, again...isn't strong enough in low doses, and has too long a half-life for me to take it in high doses (leaves me sleepy next day). I've had a friend who did sleepwalk though. Wild.

I have had the most ridiculous and extreme side effects on ambien and 3 other types of similar sleep medication, all manufactured by sanofi-aventis. (sleepwalking, eating and driving) in 2005 and 2007 These recent warnings were JUST mandated by the FDA in March of 2008. Its all about the money, sanofi-aventis makes billions each year on this stuff and drs prescribe it and give away samples like lolipops.

awe man i was gonna ask my doc for some of that like seriously. i've had a hard time sleeping since i got to Cali. I heard the part that says help you fall asleep and stay asllep longer. didnt pay much attention to the rest of it. Hmmmm
