The biggest 'missiles' are ICBMs (Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles) and they do not have the thrust necessary to break out of Earth orbit. Was NOBODY watching any of the shuttle or satellite launches, did NOBODY ever watch the historical launches of the old Moon missions?? Any warhead launched at the Moon from the ground would be at least as big as the space shuttle boosters - too big to hide - and would take more than 1 day to reach their target - incredibly stupid battle plan.
