seriously any guitarist here listen i dont know if anyones ever tried this a friend of mine and i were just about to play on stage and we were trying to find a way of warming up so we ran a sink of water as hot as we could stand it in the dressing room and put our whole hands in for about a minute then wriggle your fingers it works a charm XD

Joe is great - no denying that - but, to say no one can match his warm-up is really overstating things. Joe would be the first to say there are many great guitarists out there who can "match his warm-up". Check out Jeff Kollman on YouTube, for instance.

@Sappyspartan Believe it or not..just practice over and over until those runs become automatic..once they are..you can fine tune the dynamics..youll have the same control and find you are mastering like runs just as well
