I was just thinking I could replace all the Christmas songs I have on cassette tape but San's.So I was really Happy to find some of His Christmas music on you tube.I just go nuts at Christmas was my all time favorite. But Grandma got run over by a rain deer and vinter undervare tie for second.
So glad someone sent me a link to his" I just don't look naked anymore and I found these others. They bring back a lot of Happy memories.
Out of site. Tought this was me this a/m but ends up that it wasn't my voice. Take it from one of Ballard boys growing up watch him after school each night after school we all get there sooner or later. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing this video on You Tube. I remember him well when I was a child in the 50's and also when he would come and entertain at the Rainier Golf & Country Club.
Zero dockus indeed. My family moved to Everett WA in 1959, and I immediately was hooked on Stan Boreson. He's still Da Man. Saw him last when Prarie Home Companion hit Seattle--um--a long time now. He was amazed at how the whole dang audience remembered the Zero Dockus song. Bless Stan Boreson.
There were quite a few of us bloggers that I see performed on Stan Boreson's show in the mid 50's. My sister, brother and myself and my Brownie Troop (Mrs. Molbak of the Molbak Nursery fame) was our Troop leader. We sang in Dec. 1957 Silent Night in Norwegian/Danish on his show. Saw Stan again when I was in Seafair representing City of Bothell (1970) as their Queen on our Bothell float. He was the King. Glade Jul....cet1011
Watched his show daily til we moved to California in '58. I even got to be on his show once around the summer of 1957 when our pirate float (my red wagon) was chosen from the Sea Fair kiddie parade. Wow......
God Bless Stan Boreson....
Zero dockus muchous crockus hullabullo zudub, that's the secret password that we use down at the club
And Zero dockus mucho crockus hullaballuza ban...Means now you are a member of King's TV club with Stan....And Nomo....and Miss Mo.....
I grew up singing along with Stan--zero dockus, mucho crocus--whatever it was. I never did know the real words. But I have to admit, at 84 he is just as funny as every. Great going, Stan.
I love it! What a cute song and a cute guy with a great sense of humor! Is Stan still here?

It's been 50 years and I still sing the clubhouse song to myself. I liked Brakeman Bill and Captain Puget but Stan was the best and still is.
