We will never hear a voice like this again. Not only was Robertino's an extraordinary voice, it was so special because of its innocence. Just listen to the singing prodigies on America's Got Talent (or Britain, Russia, whatever), and you will understand. They have the voices, but the innocence is gone.

@nokomarie1963 Exactly. If little Robertino were to compete in one of those shows, he'd never make it -- it's too simple and subtle, without any of the fireworks or vocal acrobatics. He sings like an extraordinarily gifted child, not like a child trying to sing like an adult. And that's what makes it so beautiful. With the advent of television, we have lost that innocence of children simply being children, and it's something we'll never get back.

Thank you, thank you!! Robertino was a huge star in Sweden when I was a kid growing up there. Oh my, what a crush I had on him. :) I have been looking for Robertino songs for years. He had the voice of an angel and was sooo cute and what a handsome guy he was after he grew up.

I remember a song called Pappagallo that he sang that was very popular. I can't find it anywhere. :(
