Thats the thing he wasnt charged with disobeying an officer, he was charged with disorderly conduct which is a very wide scoped and vague.

We dont know all the facts, and we should withhold judgement till all sides have been heard. That said based on the evidence released, It seems that, the suspect and the officer had an arguement, the officer felt insulted and decided to show him who is boss.

Ive been arrested by cops wanting to make a point before, so this isnt surprizing.
