@54720926286 In fact Iphone will only accept max 40sec ringtones, and therefore any ringtone over 40sec, it will refuse to play. This is why I was looking for software where I can trim the m4r back to mp3 (then converting it back to m4r). sound silly, but there is an application behind it.

thanks was really usefull :D,, except for importing to itunes made it an m4a, which wasnt to hard to find a converter for though to mp3
