1040 forms are for INDIVIDUALS (as in individual ___; individual is an adjective) and CORPORATIONS; i.e., federal subjects. If not a subject, fill out W4 Form for your job and write EXEMPT in Box 7. Then sign with the phrase: UCC 1-308 "without prejudice." On the top where it says EMPLOYEE, just place a line through that and initial it and the IRS will undoubtedly know that you are not a federal subject.

1-305 speaks of remedies of one aggrieved. It's simply a code section while 1-308 is the former 1-207. They just moved the language around in an attempt to confuse maybe.
But honestly this is just legal language and probably means nothing at the end of the day. As Brother Taj would say, simply knowing who you are and acting accordingly is all we need to do in our interactions in society. Act as a sovereign over our lives is enough; details vary from person to person.
@FranG1214 the "Exempt" classification only pertains to those subject to income taxation. Also, "taxpayer" is a custom defined legal term designating one who is subject to the 'income tax'. Corporation: an organization formed with state governmental approval to act as an artificial person. The Latin word "corpus" refers to a "body". Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.
