You have potential. I agree with other comments about posture and how you strum. I'd suggest a power strum during the bridge, and to just hit the notes a little more. You're good, though! :)
From what i know, your projection is very good, don't worry about that. I have horrible projection ,so i see no problem with it.
i agree with Mistaken2006, sitting is a VERY awkward way to sing, so any problems that you might have would be corrected by standing.
If you'd like to return the favor, i just posted a recording of an original i wrote. If anyone could comment on it, positively or negatively, it would be soooooo helpful.
I'm a singer n here is a little advice: You have to project your voice, You have to sing from your diaphragm, no sitting or slouching. trust me, I know... I tried. Also, and there is no offense meant here whatsoever, but if you want to sing in a band, you have to practice singing at the louder levels. I found that when I sang songs by Amy Lee at a normal level, I nailed it, but when I went to sing them with my band, I needed ALOT more work. :o(... But I got it and you can too so good luck!!!
SInging sounds good. You could play with a band. Guitar tip - when playing alone just use the side of your thumb, not you nails. Like the other person said, the guitar is too loud.
Voice: I hear a lot of potential. Good but with more practice can be great. Try standing up or sit on a high stool, get off the floor.
Guitar: Your playing is overpowering your voice. Number 1 get rid of the capo take the time and effort to learn the song in the key you need it's not that hard. Number 2: Too many strokes try the same song but don't hit the strings on the upstroke, Use the upstroke only when your not singing. Last try a lighter touch to let your voice shine.
