really creative, but if I could make a few corrections.

1) as soon as you take the outer race and balls out of the bearing to use the inner race alone, it no longer becomes a bearing it is just a trans axle.

2) the rubber shelled one would be fine for offstring, I personally use a stock fh0 for offstring and I can tell that yours is much wider than even a hayabusa

3) the metal shells would probably be bigger or about the same size as a yyj big yo 2, fun yoyo btw, used to own one myself.

this was really frekin cool, but theres a couple of things you should do.

1) Use an entire bearing, not just the inner raceway of a broken one

2)use side pieces that arent rubbery or flexible in any way.

If you do this, the yoyo should sleep for longer and vibrate less
