The corvette is like a luxury fast food,and the SL63 AMG is like foie gras or very deep red wine... I love how it looks,and it drives very nice I suppose... Mercedes like to name their cars in order sorta, engine displacement aside if needed. 550 uses the 5.5 Liter, the 55 the 5.4 Liter Supercharged, the 63 the 6.2, the 600 the 5.5 Twin turbo, and the 65 a 6.0 Liter TT. Numbers are pretty much in order of the engine of the car.

@rtljmc I watched the review on jay lenos garage 2 and what i'm trying2 tell u (and jay leno and that english twit LOL) is this that car has a 7 speed transmission with 2 computer controlled clutches and that makes it a MANUAL the difference between a manual and an automatic has ALWAYS been the presence of a torque converter ALL AUTOMATICS have torque converters and ALL MANUALS have clutches these days older car reviewers sumtimes refer 2 the dual clutch systems as automatics but they are wrong!

dual clutch means that you can set the car in manual mode and insted of the car controling the shiftpoints if you have it at a high rev you can pretty much shift the car at whatever rpm you choose
