Yea so what the yellow line of death doesnt actually do anything. its just a yellow light that comes on if u turn the system off then bak on really fast and doesnt kill the system like the RROD. And i too am getting quite sick of this so, ill see ya later(or not)

Yellow light got fixed at the 80 GB version of ps3, so 80 GB and more dont get yellow light. (lucky i got a 80 gb and not a 60 XD)

ah, i have an elite, i got the hardware failure or some shit (3 rings) about 6 months after i bought it.. did the towel trick and its been 3 months and no problums. you should try it.
