I do not care about this kind of stuff. I will just follow the rule I'm rather not interested in dying hair and so on. So most ordinary students do not have any trouble with this. Only a few try to oppose to the rule is punished. They should understand what a school is. Going to school is not to show your fashion or something they go to study and learn social rules.

Well to whom wonder if teachers cutting student's hair can happen in school, well that happened before. But not now. Although at some school, teachers still do this kind of thing even if they do not cut hair. They measure the length of skirt , and check dying hair etc.

depends where you go, when i went to school in mexico for a year, they brought in a lady to check guys' hair if it was too long and cut it, and then they charged the guys for the haircut. girls didnt get their hair checked so i was safe :D
