They are brother and sister, but are apparently suppose to be "engaged" [so they could cross breed and keep their future family as Purebloods], but since the "bad guys" were looking for Yuki; it was all forgotten to spare Yuki's life. BUT... now since her memory was revived it's now her choice to marry him. Unfortuneatly, we won't know her choice until episode 8/9 becomes avalible! Do you know when it does? I'm so obbsessed, but I'm sure you can relate, haha!

yeah if u read the manga it tell u when she remembers her past and i want her to end up with zero but for that to happen kaname most die or she wont end up with him. also she might not end up with zero or kaname because to end up with zero, kaname has to die and to end up with kaname she has to forget zero and i know that wont happen. because she loves him, so i wonder whats going to happen. Maybe she dies at the end? Who know?
