hey man i whant to make this plaine but i cant find the prints on your page can you please help me and send me the link where is is i no its on rcpowers.com but cant find it there
@anoniemchannel go to rcpowers.com go to any of the grayson links, on the menu on the left side of the screen there will be an "Rcpowers gear" option. once in there find the "rcpowers extra 300 motor combo pack" once inside of that there will be a free extra 300 pdf download. hope this helps
For beginners, I recommend delta wings like "Firefly" or "Pibros". These planes will get you many hours of fun for very little money and building time, and they are almost impossible to break.
Also, note that "pushers" (prop mounted at rear end) will live longer than "tractors" (prop mounted at front). Delta wings like the "Pibros" or "Firefly" are an excellent choice for beginners.
Hey man please reply me. Or someone please help me.
In so many of your class videos, you keep mentioning about links. How is it I can't find any link?? I go to rcpowers.com and I don't see the "top ten list" links and the "free pdf plans links" and the "greyson" link etc... help??
what i like to do is take t-pins, pull them at the top so it bends to a _|** shape, then glue it to the pushrod and snap a standard size servo horn and stick it in the foam and use that as the control horn. very solid control that way.

actually i had many many questions on the RC planes but after i seen this tape i found many many answers, but a question came up on the surface which i hope u to answer it, what next?
as a beginner what will happened after making a RC plane,
how could we go into competitives and shampionships with this sport?
as we in the arab countries we don't have this kind of sport widely used, so hope u to speak out with some ideas on organising and participating such events,
the battery is on the left side, also the speed control and the reciever. The servo is in the middle of the plane. Do you think it is too heavy on the left side?
love the shirt... by the way I just made this plane I used 5mm mystery foam and that was too flimsy so I reenforced the whole plane and now it flys great! thanks so much for the pdf
I've watched all of these and they have been a great help but, I still have a few questions. I'm new to this so I basically need a what to buy laid out in black and white. I've never tried to build anything like this before so I don't want to sink a lot of money into it only to find out that I've bought the wrong stuff. You seem to be a plethora of information on this topic so I was wondering if there was any way to contact you other than youtube comments. Thanks and godbless
thanks for great video, but as i mentioned, then in extra300 blueprint, you have blue detail (x2) but in video tutorial the plane have different detail construction... wing comes into one piece, but horizontal fuselage over it in another piece, but in blueprint horizontal fuselage+one side of wing is one detail...so in video tutorial plane is more logic built, than in blueprint.

for the carbon fiber rod you can find a tent pole from either a sporting store, or a sturdy plastic pole/rod from craft store, or there's always wood lol
@john31682 from his other videos, he seems to dislike ca. I can see this being a problem for foam as the surface is not completely flat . ca works by being pulled into narrow gaps between flat surfaces such as gluing balsa pieces together. For foam, you almost have to use a thick glue like epoxy or hot glue to fill the gaps in the foam
amazing video good tutorial

for the carbon fiber rod you can find a tent pole from either a sporting store, or a sturdy plastic pole/rod from craft store, or there's always wood lol

will ca glue work ?? i have used alot of it and its prett nice nd holds great
john31682 2 years ago
@john31682 from his other videos, he seems to dislike ca. I can see this being a problem for foam as the surface is not completely flat . ca works by being pulled into narrow gaps between flat surfaces such as gluing balsa pieces together. For foam, you almost have to use a thick glue like epoxy or hot glue to fill the gaps in the foam
