16 with good form. I like these but don't ever do them when I'm entirely fresh. They're definitely always part of my pull/chin-up routine for sure though.
I just did 4 sets yesterday and I feel it in my anterior deltoids, triceps, and inner trapezius. Don't really feel it that much in my latissimus dorsi. Happy training .-
