  • I noticed that you have both the Window's version and the Mac Version of OPX PRO ll.

Is there a difference between OPX PRO ll for Windows and OPX PRO ll for Mac?

    Please clarify.

  • great sounding vst! :)

  • A real vintage synth is great but you don't want to risk it getting stolen or damaged at gigs. VSTs rule for that unless you're Depeche Mode and can afford the security and roadies but they use VSTs too. I think half the issue is amp EQ. If it's set well then unless you've ears like Allan Parsons or Daniel Lanois you probably won't really be able to tell one from the other. This VST rules. BTW, our Japanese friend has f--king good chops.

  • the best emulation software of oberheim. and presentes...but the omnisphere is good to for vintage synths..i love oberheim sounds..

  • Proof that a VST can properly emulate a classic polyphonic analog synth. I've listened to many demos, and I can never tell the difference between this and the real thing. Quite a masterpiece, especially for $150.

  • nice demo!

Like your synth demo vids a lot.

Really a good softsynth with good sound but absolute never comparable with a real Hardware Oberheim like OB-X or OB-Xa.

  • @retrosound72 I can't tell the difference.

  • @maccagrabme well then you should listen to Retrosound Demos of the OB-X ;)

  • @retrosound72 : To each is own.

  • useless. just another vst

  • @CleverDjembe Are you saying that it's any less musical? Listen... with your ears....

  • @TheSYNTHOID

No, I'm listening with my legs.

  • @CleverDjembe
