well, i installed this app and i've only tried airmon and airodump... airodump works fine, but airmon-ng doesn't seem to work for me.. it tells me i have to install some other package...

i have to say lame video, dictionary attack with 8 letter codes and last one is 10 letter? In real time, if you don't know lenght of pass (which in 99% you dont) it would take hours or maybe days to get pass...

In this video he knew pass and lenght of pass...

Very nice,cant wait for NeoPwn v2,but look to another side,you knew the wpa here,if you dont it could take hours and huge dictionary to crack it,and 600 mhz processor will also take a days to crack wep and collect inaf packages,but for a mobile phone this is revolution :-)

what ever not possible as the wifi chip in the n900 cannot hack wifi keys as you need certain wifi card thats has the packet injection and all that shite to hack a network

@blacksithh Im sorry, that is simply not true. A wi-fi card simply allows connection to a wireless network, hacking is performed software side.

It is still in extra-devel probably because injection doesn't work correctly. Once it is all working I think you will see it show up in the regular repository (default configuration of App Manager).

aircrack-ng is available in the extra-devel repository. Please be aware packages in extra-devel are experimental and may result in you having to flash your N900. Aircrack-ng is also not optified at the moment and will take up space on your root partition.

I see you used -c 6 ... The others still dont work, or did you manage to fix that problem ? Nice to see so far. Did not want to change to 6 to see if it works ;)

Sadly only channel 6 seems to work at the moment. Hopefully someone will solve the driver issues.

You should perfect your aircrack skills by running it on your computer with Linux installed first.
