This worked great for my 6 month old cat. I use a shoe box and cut different shape holes in it: circle, diamond, square, rectangle. I will teach him geometry if he shows interest. :)

Great Video! I actually got larger boxes--like pop boxes and cut the open and combinded them into a huge kitty maze playhouse and the love it! The like to stick their heads through the little holes when they are inside and you can just keep adding to it as well

MY cats are always playing in boxes, and I'm a bit of an authority since we have 11! This is a great twist to liven up a box that the cat is already interested in. My cats also enjoy empty soda can boxes, the ones that are rectangular, and come with a tear out section. Basically if you use a soda can box you already have a box with a built in hole. Good Video, helpful!
