@divinechef haha i know. But the problem is that I can't see the descriptions of any videos anymore after youtube updated their site... i don't know if it's just me having that problem.
I found something weird. I assume you found the "Show more" button below the video. When I click it using Safari on a Mac the text below it doesn't appear BUT if I click and drag to select where the text it then it appears.
I subscribed to your videos and have to tell ya, you're a great cook! Even though you can be a little messy, lol! Of course that doesn't matter, I've tried some of your recipes and they are very good! I was surprised! Keep up the good and thanks for uploading them :)
Funny! Yes you don't know how messy I can be ... you know stuff flies around the kitchen while preparing something tasty and a lot of more messy is edited out of the videos :)
@divinechef you call yourself a divine chief, yet hate bell peppers? That's about as ironic as it gets..and I happen to love all kinds of peppers...:P The veggies not only give added color to the food, but provide excellent additional flavor.
Well I tried this recipe... I didn't like how it tasted... I think it was the taste of the hoisin sauce and the ketchup... it tasted sort of like a barbecue sauce..... But thanks anyway I like to experiment in the kitchen =)
Indian beef? Don't know what cut that might be but I use flank steak. As you can see in this video I showed the technique to remove the fat and cut thinly against the grain. Then when quickly fried it's cooked tender. Thanks for watching!
@spydyin let the beef strips you are about to use marinate for 1 hour in 1 tsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp ginger paste and 1 tsp raw papaya paste (this is a natural tenderiser) you will be shocked how soft the meat turns out
I believe they are Thai chilies. I found them in an Asian market. They are more for substitution of red bell pepper and not for heat but rather presentation. However while eating my forehead felt rather warm :) Thanks for watching.
I should make a full video on how to make just this. Here is how:
1. Couple pounds pork shoulder
2. 1/2 jar (6 oz.) Lee Kum Kee Char Siu marinade
3. 1/4 cup soy sauce
Combine above into a ziplock bag marinate 3 days.
On grill sear each side basting with left over marinade until you have grill marks
Bake at 275 degrees for 1 - 1/2 hour covered with aluminum foil then another 15 minutes uncovered. You'll love it super super tender! From here you can make lo mein, fried rice ...
Woudlnt he be using chopsticks? fake asian......
