I think there's a better way to get the HD. Instead of checking no to the maintain aspect ratio, go to the Pan/Crop and right click the area you use to zoom in/out. After that, you have to click on:
Match Output Aspect
I heard using the other trick (maintain aspect ratio) stretches the screen, try using my trick.
