If you have to ask how, then you wont know how to program. This involves time, if you don't know how to type in google "how to make my christmas lights synced with music" then you wont know how to program them.

The audio is broadcast by FM radio, so you only hear it in your car. The lights are pretty flashy though

I believe the song played here is called "A Mad Russians Christmas" by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. The part connected with this house is about half-way through the actual song, and the actual song is a medley of tunes from the Nutcracker Suite.
