ok thats enough import bashing the reson people buy imports or "tuners" is because imports have a good bang for the buck and they last 5 times longer than domestic cars so if your on a budget your most likely going to buy a honda they are nice little low maintenance cars and plus they do have good potential for high power like honda's K series motors particularly the K-20A that has 220 hp and over 30mpg

dude, tell me when you've seen a new SI race any mustang and then we'll talk. All I'm saying is the older Civics are extremely light, and throwing a N/A 170-200 hp 4 cyl makes that car very quick. Boosted Civics that are 300+ are very quick... not saying they blow everything out of the water, but it's cheap and effective horsepower.

LOL my bone-stock DX 1.6 liter hatch with just a few addons and catback exhaust could beat a V6 stang. My buddy showed me a video he took of him with his girl who's got a new SI coupe up against a Mustang GT, and she left him after 3rd gear. Sometimes it depends on driver and if they are really pushing it or not.

ur fucken idots, they weren't even racing. they were letting you pass so they don't hold you up at the start of the race you dipshit. if you didn't notice the you could barely hear the mufflers, which means they were nowhere near full throttle. i'm not a fan of hondas, but i've seen my share of fast civics with jdm b16, b18, etc, take out v8 mustangs.

i think that, i'd rather go JDM than with bodykits anyday, i'm pretty much keeping my 240SX completely stock on the outside, alot of those Civic's and CRX's would be better off going with the JDM or being a Sleeper car, personally, i like Factory Spec exteriors, bodykits seem unnecissary, and yea, you get called a "Damn ugly ass ricer" no matter what with them
